@Wes I think I figured out why both Rocco and I had the same problem. We were copying the code directly from your above post and only replacing the link:
background: url('your URL will go here’) no-repeat;
It wasn't until he copied and replaced the second link you posted that his issue resolved.
background: url('/hc/theme_assets/249935/200002189/arrow_up.png') no-repeat;
Is it possible that your code up to have the tick replaced in the same way you had me change mine?

I'll delete the account after you take a look. Go to the bottom right corner and you will see you can find the link that take you to the top even thought the image doesn't appear.

@Wes, I am having the same issue Rocco is having. I did all of your steps and also reviewed the video to be sure. I can scroll back to the top by clicking where the arrow should be, but it doesn't appear. I've uploaded the arrow to my own asset. Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks for the quick reply. I also had some success experimenting copying a table directly into a Zendesk article from Word (which is where our help articles currently live). Depending on whether the content already exists, we might do a combination of Word and the html generator until the upgrade.

Hi Laura,
When are you planning to make it easier for agents to add tables? We have a lot we need to add and are doing a big push to create articles next week.Can you point us to a best practice for adding them in the time being?
