Please give a quick overview of your product feature request or feedback and note who in your org is affected by this issue:

Creating a new Ai Agent bot. Need Character Limit to be lifter, 280 is too small.

 

What problem do you see this solving? 

We are trying to a return an accessory list of products for one of our products, but the 280 limit stops us from providing that full list. We tried breaking it up into multiple variables, but the the system requires us to save each one for each new product, which then runs into the 50 mac variable limit. Please either raise the character limit to at least 1000 or raise the variable limit to at least 200.

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) 

We are creating a manual note for the bot to return. However this then limits us as with the API we can update it as new products are released or removed from the catalogue.

 

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? 

Please either raise the character limit to at least 1000 or raise the variable limit to at least 200.

We need the character limit to be lifted. 280 is very small. Please look at opening this in the future. We are trying to a return an accessory list of products for one of our products, but the 280 limit stops us from providing that full list.

댓글Using help center search

I keep getting "Indexing failed" errors that say "Invalid url domain" in the error report. But the link works correctly, the site map works, and the site verification works. I don't understand what is failing and this article doesn't have anything about the errors above.

"I would not expect to be able to use this functionality in 2018. Our decision, for the time being, has been to prioritize our road map for Guide to focus on the areas where we have a much larger potential to improve our knowledge base functionality in the future. That means that there will be no updates for Community in the near future. For now, we are prioritizing the features in the knowledge base over other features in our system, but we reserve the right to revisit them in the future."

8 years of clients asking for this feature is not impactful enough? Community is easily the weakest tool on the Zendesk platform and needs improvement. I am going to start recommending looking for other solutions due to the lack of support on this feature.

Please add the ability to add a code block via the rich text editor that offers syntax highlighting. See example image below. Yes you can add this via the html code editor but that is VERY difficult and manual process. Please add this feature to the manual editor.

We are a global company and many of our users are in China. Youtube cannot be used there, and the other options for videos cannot either. Please allow the guide editor to use youku videos to be embedded.
