For creating legacy tickets, please use the Ticket Import API which would allow you to set the created_at date for the legacy tickets.

POST /api/v2/imports/tickets
- This endpoint is used to create tickets with created_at date.

It is possible through the code below. Place this code above the widget code snippet. The code will be able to update the avatar, bot name and the title of the widget.

Hey Nicole,
We got this particular request from one of an existing customer of Zendesk SELL. When a Sales Rep moves a deal on the pipeline, that is if they move it down the pipeline then a question should pop out asking for the reason. Similar to how a reason is asked when a Lead is unqualified.

A feature where when a Sales Rep downgrades a deal from a particular stage a question must be raised and the response must be logged for the managers to have a look at.

Hey Kate,
I have put below the piece of code that can be used to change the Chat Widget's Label Text to Chat. ( You can change it to be anything you want in the code)
This piece of code worked for me for changing the widget label text.
- In Guide, click the Customize design icon ().
- Click the theme you want to edit to open it.
- Click the options menu, then select Edit Code.
- In the Templates section, click header.hbs to modify the code.
- Place the code below the first
line, and anywhere above the final header line.

The syntax mentioned in the developer website of Zendesk is not right (https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/settings/#color)

Hey Zendesk Team,
I am using Amazon S3 for file storage. I want my customers to access Amazon S3 from Zendesk to manage buckets, objects, tags, and related ACLs.
We have confidential files in the S3 buckets so we won't be able to make the link public.
Servicenow has a feature called Amazon S3 Spoke - I have put the documentation below for your reference.
Do we have something like this in Zendesk? So that we could give our customers access to files in S3 and manage files? Is there any app in the marketplace that can pull this off?
Since we are a data security company, this feature is very important to us.
