Hi Brett, We still haven't heard anything from the support team or any update on the ticket. Not sure what else to do. It is disappointing not to have any response from the Zendesk team.

Zendesk did the same thing to us. I opened a ticket and just wanted assurance that someone within Zendesk was looking at it. I haven't gotten a response and customers have been reaching out to us. ...
