It's been 4 years since this was posted and still no option to reset the votes. Also, the last answer from Zendesk was 2 YEARS AGO. Why even bother in creating these requests if nobody is following-up?

I really don't think this is a feature that will be useful only to a small percentage of clients. And where can I find a roadmap to know what you're working on? It is a waste of time to leave feedback when nothing happens...

We're launching two new languages (Polish and Dutch) in 3 weeks and we're working on the preparation. We have already added these languages to Guide but we have hidden them from the language menu until we launch. The problem is that we did a test today in Poland and, when the user goes to the Help Center from the site, it automatically loads it in Polish (which, again, is still not ready). How can we make sure that users see the Help Center in the same language of the site or simply avoid loading these new languages until we're live?
