The browsers notifications it not triggering, what could be the reason behind?

It works at the beginning, but when the end user replied, it still shows the Fixed name, and the content all mixed together,

im trying to change the {{comment.author.name}}, if the author is an agent, it would be a fix name, but when its an end user it would be as their name on zendesk, if there a way to do it ?

Im trying to add a phone number on chatbot, so customer can click on the button, it would start a call to us.

Im having the same issue, however right now my code is exactly the same as 
 Ifra Saqlain  provided, but it is still not showing the whole image.  its only showing the ⅓ of it.

I am trying to have the article to display both the first publish date and the last update date, But I do not seems to be able to do so, Ive tried to use / adjust the coding with reference to Tip: Display article revision date instead of publication date.

I've manage to hide it completely or change the fonts, which is not really what i wanted.
