Hi there, 

We use the proactive tickets Zendesk app and were wondering if there were any planned updates to be able to support Custom Ticket Statuses. 

We'd like to be able to leverage these, but currently we would need to retain Proactive Tickets as a usable app.

If not, are there any viable alternatives that would support custom ticket statuses?

Hey there, had a question about this: Is it possible to make content that appears within the banner or other places in help-center time sensitive?

I'd like to try and make it so things will automatically serve things like holiday messages when appropriate, and then retire them automatically as needed.
