Problem: 

  • Accordions and Table of Contents must be coded on each article. This is timely and a little finicky, you cannot have just any user making this kind of edit. 
  • A lot of time/effort has already spent on coding accordions and table of contents and for Zendesk to follow up on our questions/issues we run into because it is manual coding. 

My feedback: is for this to be implemented into the editor by Zendesk so all we need to do is click a button (like adding a table into the article).

Is there a way to modify the wording of the post statuses and the form used to submit the posts? Would I need to modify the coding to customize community/gather in this way?

Agreed, we use preview regularly so we know what the article looks like before publishing. It is an expected feature of this type of program.

댓글Supporting multiple languages in Help Center

We are having issues since the list of available languages in Dynamic content are different than those available in the Help Center. Canadian English is available in the help center but not in the dynamic content list, so it will not pull in that translation.
