Hello Zendesk Community 👋
Given that Zendesk Messenger sits in the Agent Workspace view, and shortcuts for Zendesk Messenger are created in "Zendesk Chat" but are used in the Agent Workspace - are there any plans to allow agents to use chat shortcuts in email replies in the Agent Workspace?
This would be super helpful, as email and Messenger replies are sent/typed in the same box in Agent Workspace but you can only use chat shortcuts in a Messenger reply. Sometimes you don't always want a full macro just a quick shortcut in an email reply.
Better yet, is there already a way to do this? I.e. Marketplace apps

We're currently on Explore Lite - on the Satisfaction tab in Explore there seems no way to drill down to find out which individual tickets have been rated or see comments left by users.
Not sure if I'm looking in the wrong place, or we need to upgrade Explore to see this?

Is there a timeframe for customers to be able to add attachments in Zendesk Messaging?
Even in the screenshots on this page there is an attachment icon in next to the chat - this seems a bit confusing/misleading if customers can't attach items in Messenger?

Feature request: The ability to have an email address automatically select based on a particular macro would be really handy for agents that are part of multiple groups that create outbound emails from macros.
