We'd love the ability to show Ticket Creation date in the Jira widget but it doesn't seem possible.

I'd like it to be possible to choose a specific user segment that would be used by default for the user segment of newly created articles. By default, the system adds as a pre-selected segment "Agents and Admins" in the menu "Visible to". When creating an article, you have to manually select the segment you would like to apply in Visible to. Instead, I'd rather the user segment be specified once initially and then automatically for all new articles. Thanks!

Hey Chris Drylie, is there any update on this? I would also like this to be improved as it's confusing and off putting.

Would love a solve for this one as well. We have many different groups, but the Group doesn't get attributed to follow-up tickets, so we can't send follow-ups 'back' to the group it belongs to. If there's a fix for this in the roadmap, that would be great to hear.

Hey John! A custom field we'd love to add to the widget would be something like 'trending topics'. For example, if there's a widespread bug or outage in our product and a lot of customers report it to us via the help center, the Live Data dashboard would be able to flag this immediately and alert us.
