Including it here as well for Zendesk Support. Looking to get support in terms of an ivr messaging we can send to callers when they're waiting 5/10/20 mins in call queue rather than just music throughout. Is there any development on this?

Hi Pulkit,

This is great!

Unfortunately, I don't have knowledge on such codes. Would this be something i should let my product designers do or can I input it on my end? Are you able to code that I can copy paste it to?

I'm also looking to do it at the header instead of the footer. Let me know if this works too.

I've done the following already and have been able to create dual language macros. I'm just not sure how to toggle it from the user end's perspective.

Hello, I would like to check, after doing up all the macros in dual languages, and doing for all the categories, sections and articles, how do I create the toggle navapp function to do the switch? Something like the image attached.

Currently, I have to manually enter 2 different URLs to get the different language FAQs.
