Hi Zendesk - Is there any way to display only totals from a query without having to hide rows/columns?

I currently have totals displayed, but with hidden rows (=31) the total disappears for those months with 30 days (or less). It is a rolling "look-back" query to previous month(s), so the number of days/rows in the query will fluctuate.

Thank you @... for the additional information. Below is the query I based the previous one off of, only using "Tickets created" rather than "Tickets updated w/ comment". In this case, the rows are totaling correctly. Is there something I need to do in the result path calculation you mentioned to make "Tickets updated w/ comment" behave in the same manner?

Hi Zendesk - Having an issue where "simple" sum totals aren't showing for all rows. In the screen below, it appears only "Tickets reopened" is showing under Ticket totals for each row(s). Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Zendesk - When hiding a part of a result (row), changing this value sometimes hides all of my results. For example, I am using a basic ticket count query and displaying totals:

The image below has the first 14 rows hidden, but if I hide the first 15, then only the Total is displayed (deleting both of the 29 Sep 21 and 30 Sep 21 row sets). I would like the values for "30 Sep 21" displayed in addition to the Total (to show the current date that the data is for). Thanks in advance!

Lisa Kelly I was able to locate the Events (thank you). However, I'm unable to locate where these tags (in red below) are applied. They don't appear to be applied by a trigger in the sequence. Any suggestions?

Hi Zendesk - How can I view the instance where a tag is being applied to a request?

For example, I am trying to locate the trigger or automation where [x_y_z] tag is being applied to the request so that I can edit or remove that tag from being applied.
