Hi Elina, we are experiencing the same problem, would you mind sharing how you fixed it?

I just set up a new group. When agents try to assign a ticket to this group via Macro, the group is not entered/accepted and gets thrown out. The agents can also not select this group from the assignee dropdown. They do not see the group. The agents have access to all tickets. Which tweaks do I have to make so all agents can see the group?

ich suche einen Platzhalter für das Datum des letzten öffentlichen Kommentars. Wir arbeiten mit Round Robin, und bei allen bisherigen Versuchen bekomme ich immer nur das tagesaktuelle Datum. Wie lautet der korrekte Platzhalter?

Außerdem möchte ich in einen neuen öffentlichen Kommentar den kompletten Text des letzten öffentlichen Kommentars über einen Platzhalter einfügen. Dies funktioniert auch, aber leider unformatiert, so dass es nicht lesbar ist. Wie ist dafür der korrekte Platzhalter?
