@... - Unfortunately, the new added functionality you commented don't meet any of the needs expressed by clients here. We can't send alerts to avoid costly SLA breaches.. why would we care about total resolution time or segregating SLA when we were already able to create multiple based on group assignment.

Jupete Manitas - Well that really sucks, I'd love to use the function - but due to our branding colours (white writing), it's completely unusable. Strange that it doesn't follow how every single other drop-down in the guide works.

Is there any update on this? This organization field not showing when searching for tickets seems like a HUGE blind spot that needs to be taken care of. We should be able to customize the search columns in the same manner as views. The fact that people have been asking about this since 2017 is wild to me.

Scott Allison - Shocker.... 8 years in the making and still no movement. This is so incredibly disappointing given the stakes involved and the penalties for missing SLAs. It's very sad that the priority has not been taken seriously. Don't see why the focus has been on group SLA given that this can be accomplished via the SLA filters. If you'd just allow us to enter decimals the problem would be solved.

So I've implemented this and it works great for signed-in users. With that said, if the user is not signed in - the form isn't hidden. Any answers on how I can prevent anonymous users from seeing the particular form too?

Ifra Saqlain- If you use the code that's been shared above on the newest version of the Copenhagen theme - it does not work as intended. When I inspect as an anonymous user - the request button is still there, as an end user a second request button appears to the left. Please update the code for the newest theme updates.

Peter Godden thanks for that! I was going by the link that was included by the Product Manager above. I still maintain that 8 years it too long to implement something as basic as this.
