Hi Brandon,

Thank you for replying. Actually, my first pointer above refers to tickets created by agent-role members, but the requester's role is end-user. For that, I'm afraid that making 'Requester: Role is End-User' will not be precise.

Or, can you describe to me what does 'Channel: is Web Form' please?

Hi Experts,

How do I configure my satisfaction survey trigger in a way that:

  • exclude satisfaction survey for tickets created by Agents/Members (not End User) as a new ticket? 
  • include satisfaction survey for 'Follow Up' tickets?

Any idea will be helpful. Thank you!

게시물 Developer - Zendesk SDKs

We run our support on App, Mobile SDK integrated. We noticed problem with both of our iOS and Android app:
1. App's push notification doesn't work anymore.
2. JWT Authentication doesn't seem consistent in adding "green-tick" to logged in users.
3. When user kill the app, their Messaging history is likely to be flushed away. What's the logic for that?
