Is it possible to ban a user by their device ID? The problem is that we have a spam user writing to us from different devices, we assign him the tag -ban but he creates a new account in the game each time and continues to clog our inbox.
Also, when closing a ticket on each ticket, the user marks each ticket “bad”, thereby caving our CSAT.
Therefore, I would like to ask you if there is a possibility to ban a user by his device ID? Most likely he will not buy a new device to continue spamming.
