When using API to download the call recordings, what's the best way to filter the tickets with recordings attached?

Hello, we would like to download call recordings for our agents
Currently, there are two options available
Incremental Call exports of call metrics and Download Recordings app
Download recordings only allows downloading of recordings per ticket
When will there be an option to bulk download multiple ticket recordings?

Our Operations team need to export Zendesk calls for agents to run through speech analytics.
So far I have found exporting data of reports to JSON and CSV files. We need to be able to export the last 500 calls for an agent?
How can this be achieved?
