Hi!

 

I have a scenario on which I'd like to solve the issue on Jira whenever I solve the ticket on Zendesk, is it possible?

As you can see above, I can't select Jira status, not sure why.

I've been trying to upload a private app on Zendesk, on which I'm being able to complete it, I receive the following error:

Failed to install app: Error creating requirements

500 Internal Server Error: {"status"=>500, "error"=>"Internal Server Error"}

The option of uploading images on this section it seems to be off. Too bad.

 

All the url's from the manifest are working perfectly, the app calls a function which is in azure.

 

Is it possible that this be a Zendesk problem?

On Zendesk the end-user has to scroll to find the wanted option on dropdown fields, I would like to know how is it possible to make it searchable, I'm open to CODING options as well since I still haven't found a way even with development.

But it didn't have a reply for a while, I wonder when is gonna become natively available.

 

I used "Q&A - Help center and community for this topic, I wonder if it's the correct one, it seems that the options of topics have changed a lot.

Hello!

Ok, so I understand that it displays an absurd time in case they don't go offline, as in the image below:

But, shouldn't they be logged out automatically because of the time we have of inactivity for team members set on the admin center? 

 

In my case, I have set it for 8 hours, but they are not logged out automatically.

I need to update the trigger that notifies the requester of comment update, that if the requester's organization is external (one that is not from our company) or the CC' organization as well is external it should not sent.

Basically I need to read the CC organization, it could be with Liquid language or anything else.

Is there any page with the main articles an agent would need to work on tickets and anything related to their permissions? 

I already have this link: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/categories/5021364328218

But for a new agent is hard to know where to go, I was thinking of something more straight forward specific for agents with the main articles.

I know that there is app's inside zendesk Marketplace, for example: https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/358944/field-conditions/?queryID=2f9f54e20abef583204b87cf43448acd

This app is paid, but it seems to do exactly what you described.

Is there anway to import articles in bulk to zendesk Guide? I have more than 2 thousand articles and I'd like to import those ones in bulk without having to create article by article.
