Not related to toll free numbers, but is there a similar service for fax numbers? We need to publish a fax number on our website and have any faxes that come through to that number arrive as emails to our Zendesk account. Do you know how we can do this please?

Yet another feature nobody asked for that crowds the interface and makes Zendesk less and less pleasant to use. Please enable to so that we can deactivate this feature globally. None of our agents use it.

Hello

I want to create a separate HC for our new webshop, which is integrated into our website via Shopify. Shopify allows an integration with ZD, and I have already done the initial integration as well as integrated the Support web widget, but I would like to keep the HCs separate.

My question is, if I now create a new brand within our account for the webshop, will I have to delete the current integrations and start again with the new brand?

I agree. We receive bad ratings from users who close the issue before an agent can respond, then remark that they have not been answered. I've set up a condition in the CSat automation to stop this, but I'd like to delete the previous negative ratings before I caught the issue.

게시물 Q&A - Sales CRM (Sell)

Hello

I am the owner of our Zendesk Support account, and have been given admin rights to our Zendesk Sell account in order to be able to merge them, however, I cannot seem to do so.

When I select the option "No, we don't use Zendesk Support" and enter our Support domain, I just get a red exclamation point and can't proceed.

When I select the option "Yes, we use Zendesk Support and want to connect Sell and Support" and enter our subdomain, I get an error message which says "This job calls for extra help". Following either of the 2 links in the error message just takes me in a loop of the above 2 options.

Please help!
