Hi @... thank you for your answer. All clear. You are right about color modifications, not sure why I mentioned that one. I guess for me it would be most important to be able to set the offset, the chat button size, and maybe to optionally round the chat button corners.

I'll look forward for updates. I have also the same question as @..., is there a single page or blog where we can be informed of what updates are being rolled out to messaging?

I am wondering if after moving from the classic Web Widget to the new Web Messaging Channel we can still use the customization settings we used to use. Specifically I would still like to set the color and offset as defined here https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/widget/settings/#color

I gave it an initial try and they are not working. Is there any documentation on how to do it with the new Web Messaging Channel? any way to customize the look of the widget button and window as we could do before?
