The chat bot isn't informed about the world outside the helpcenter. It can't answer a commo question, or, for example, define what an API is. and other generic queries.The data source should be extended to outer world along with the helpcenter.

Hi Team,
I have created multiple tickets for an user , the suggested reply was displayed only for one of the ticket but for other tickets it's not coming up. Is there any specific criteria or what is the reason for this?
