With how frequent false positives are, I'd be surprised if the introduction of ‘Overages’ doesn't severely hurt your business, Zendesk. It's insane that you'd rollout these changes in this state, without the ability to report false positives. Really wish we could edit the actual widget icon too, unless I'm just missing that option. Would like to replace the generic ZD speech bubble icon
