Hi Shawna,
SLA-related e-mail notifications can only be set to automation, which is difficult to respond in real time because they operate in batches at least once an hour. When the agent is on the line, it needs to be exposed as an alert within Zendesk.

SLA Violation Pre-Notification Feature
: Before the SLA of the ticket assigned to Assignee is violated, an imminent SLA violation alert must be exposed within Zendesk so that the Assignee can act on it.

Additional improvements related to the 'Redaction Suggestion' feature
1. Personal information other than email address should also be masked (resident registration number, credit card, etc.)
- Since it is not currently applied as a Korean standard, it should be improved so that the format can be specified by the admin.

Please add a search filter so that automation can be searched under certain conditions.
In the case of triggers, there is a function that can be filtered by conditions and operations, but in the case of automation, it is not possible.

I wish I could set the title of the ticket in the trigger action.
For now, I'm using it by setting the "Apply Macro after Update" action and adding the title change action to that macro.
It's our need to be able to change the title in the trigger itself.

When creating new automation, custom fields are not sorted by name, and keywords cannot be searched, so we continuing to drop down around 3000 fields and looking for the ones manually. This is seriously affecting resources. Please improve to search for fields like triggers.
