We receive thousands of emails every month and we want to make sure that our customer's feedback is being heard when it comes to prioritizing new features with our Product team.
How do you gather your feedback without having to ask each agent to manually input feedback they receive in the ticket? Right now, we have a field where our agents can copy/paste the customer feedback but this gives us too much text to go through considering the amount of tickets we receive. We could add a field where our agent selects the correct feedback and what it implies but that will still be a lot of manual work and will increase the amount of time our agent spends on tickets.
