There have been two or three Marketplace apps that have tried to fill this niche, and none of them seem to work anymore.

Chris Drylie, it's surprising that there isn't a first party channel integration for YouTube, yet. I'm not sure what use cases need to be proven at this point. There have been existing (and now defunct) integrations that have existed for years, but they are all a single point of failure from smaller developers, so when their servers stop working, or they don't have time or resources to dedicate to maintaining API changes between providers, it leaves Zendesk's customers in the lurch when a part of their business depends upon being able to maintain communication in as many channels as possible.

We are a software company that posts tutorials and other educational content on our brand channel, and people will ask questions that our support staff needs to be able to respond to from a single, central location. All we need is new comments to create a Support ticket and then for our responses to be threaded as a reply, and any subsequent replies to be appended to the existing ticket.
