allow templates to be visable within guide editor, this way you can see what the final article will look like an d can possibly edit the template as needed. currently when using templates they do not apear within the article editor and instead add content to the article as you are publishing it. this means that you cannot see what has been added or type around it

having another person respond happens every day and is completely normal for us, i dont understand why this is marked as phishing and why we cant choose to turn this off. Internally we have had many emails not beinng responded to for hours as agents are afraid to do anything with actual tickets because they have been marked as phishing

i need to delete 500 users and honestly without a search function this feature is entirely useless, and actually is taking me longer to use than just manually searching which is what im going back to.

also another thing ive noticed is if you select someone and move to another page then go back you have unselected them. i believe no one tried to use this feature before rolling it out

In the only workspace you could see where every email was sent to within the ticket. However you can now only see when and end user is doing this. so if people in cc get added at a later date without looking into ticket everts, which most people aren't going to do with every ticket that comes to them. 

Having moved to the agent workspace yesterday this is causing issues when assigning tickets to other members of the team who aren't aware that a change like this has occurred. it also is an issue when viewing older messages within a ticket where the requester has changed half way down the ticket feed. for example:

these 2 messages were sent to different people. and the only person who knows this when someone else in the team responds later is me.

 

Please can we add the ability to see where each message was sent back into Zendesk. I don't know why it was removed. It is still there when the end user makes a change but not when an agent does. Please add this back.
