Why did the viewers list on chat get removed? That breaks the UI on the web and the mobile app. That is a huge feature for us

What about the visitor list? The visitor list was a major functionality just to see who's on the app or website

Still need browser notifications for standard ticket updates

This also doesn't show for me either. I enabled Agent Workspace and it goes away. I disable agent workspace, i can see visitors again. I write into the support team they have no clue.
