Zendesk lover and early mod. Set up my first ZD to support internal healthcare employees in about 2011. We had 5 agents and 5,000 users. We currently have 60+ agents supporting 20,000 users. In 2016 I set up ZD #2 with a new subsidiary. Ticket sharing, ScreenSteps, and Lovely Views are awesome.
