Our use case as a publication would be to add tasks to multiple deals at once within a particular magazine issue. We use custom fields to group $deals into different issues and we would use a Smart List to filter the deals we want to work with and then ideally, we would be able to add tasks to those deals similarly to how you can add Tags. This would be especially helpful when we need to add priority or assign tasks to different team members based on custom fields that we have set up.

Agreed! We would really benefit from having conditional fields - our list of custom fields is always growing. Especially around required fields using the "field rules" feature - If we could have some fields required only if another field is filled out, that would be huge!

Is there a way I can mute or re-route incoming calls within Zendesk Sell?
I want to be able to make outgoing calls, but I do not want to receive calls during certain hours.
