Hello Debbie, Thank you for the swift response. We are part of both EAPs but none is offering custom colored workspace options, only changes in permissions and elements organization.

+1 for Anton. Having automatic translations for default responses is essential. If not possible, enabling dynamic content for those fields would also be helpful.
