Hi,
We have a scenario where we perform tasks on a monthly basis and need to generate a Zendesk ticket each month. Is there a way to create a reoccurring ticket where, when we change the ticket status to Solved, a new ticket with certain fields preset will be generated? This would only be for specific tickets and not all. Any thoughts?

Im not a big fan of the interactions window shown when accessing a ticket. This has been confusing to many of our agents. Is there a way to turn off, disable, or not have this information visible?

It appears that this request has not been addressed by Zendesk. My team is also looking to implement this functionality. We have an end-user base that we'd like to leverage our simple widget for ticket submission. However, its often the case that an end-user wants to include other end-users for visibility to the ticket and we'd like for end-users submitting tickets to be able to add them at the submission point. This would be a very valuable function. Thanks!
