We just enabled Talk. It is taking almost a full minute from the time the greeting ends until the phone rings in Zendesk. Why does it take so long to show up/ring in Zendesk? Is there a way to fix it?

We're getting ready to incorporate RingCentral into our Zendesk. We have multiple Super Admin users and multiple extensions currently setup in RingCentral. Which User are we supposed to use to set it up? Does it matter as long as it is a Super Admin? What if that user is tied to an extension?
Also, does the app allow for the distinction of the extensions and/or additional phone numbers in the account? Can one specific phone number go to one specific agent?

Total newbie here, but when editing/customizing the theme - wouldn't deselecting this then turn off comments on all articles?
We're getting ready to go live this week, and I know we won't want comments turned on, at least for now anyway.... Can anyone confirm that this would in fact turn off all commenting on the articles?
