The process of setting up holidays in schedules each year is so painful. Our organization has 7 timezones, and we need to manually go in and set the dates for (mostly) standard federal holidays 7 different times (one for each schedule) each year. Please add the ability to somehow sync calendars to these schedules, or set up recurring dates each year.

We have an automation that sets tickets created on Saturday and Sunday to a Weekend Schedule.
I'm trying to figure out how to set all weekend tickets to EST on Monday morning at like 3am so our normal week agents can take those on. What's the best way to do this?

Is it possible to use an attribute in a datatip, but not display it in the graph? I'm working with Ticked Created - Week Of Year across multiple years, but would like to show the start date of that week when hovering over the line graph.

Hello!
We're trying to get a report that shows a line graph of the number of solved tickets for an agent for their first 30 days, 90 days, three months, etc., to see how our training is affecting those numbers. The tricky part is that agents started at different times, so I need to compare different date ranges.
