I'm curious if the current table ranking and scores it correct. I read in the Understanding help center search methods article that the Instant search, which is the default search method, does not search body text or labels of articles. See snippet below.
So do labels help and get ranked in the user searches, yes or no?
Instant search:
- Uses a partial word search
- Includes article titles only, not body text or labels of articles
- Does not include community posts

It would be great to be able to select a column, for example article placement, and have the option to permanently affix it (like a sticky column) to our Article List grid. We'd really like to customize our columns more and make this default.
We find it really troublesome to be unable to view a lot of this information by default, because we have draft copies that stay in draft and published copies that are live. These are housed in different sections. We have to add this column every time we use the web browser instead of using the native back button.
to display the "article placement column" by default

Hi. I have two questions. First, did point 1 from Jame's comment get any traction with the product team and an official feature request? If so, and if there's a "voting" place somewhere, I'd like to up the vote with a +100 for needing to select my versions to compare.
Second, is there a comment, ticket, chat, etc., anywhere about how there is no "force browser refresh" or no warning that a newer version of an article is available? We just moved to ZD, and we realized that if I save, leave tab open, another user saves, then when I begin working again in the article with the same tab open, ZD assumes I want the text currently visible in my screen to be the most recent version, and it literally just overwrote all my colleague's changes. There was no warning there was a newer version. There was no browser refresh. It literally just let me start editing and saved again, and wrote over someone else changes. How is it possible to collaborate? We are also attempting to collaborate in "waves" because of the fact there is still no commenting feature or collaborative method to working in a team. So, we feel frustrated with this. Surely a browser refresh when newer changes are found can be forced?

Thanks for the suggestion. We'll look into it.
The idea for us migrating to ZD was to not have to purchase multiple apps or external support to fulfill these more basic needs. I think it's fair for us to always ask for and promote the need for feature requests for native ZD solutions when possible over purchasing external solutions. That's the only way to let a product team know that we have needs and desires to improve a product. An external solution should be a temporary solution in my opinion.

Hi Katarzyna Karpinska is there any update on this product feature development? We just switched from Atlassian's Confluence literally in the past 3 months, and we sorely miss this collaboration feature - comments is a must. We're already finding ourselves using Google's products to collaborate and then do double work to bring this back over to ZD. We'd be very happy to try anything in Beta. Please?
