server to server 환경에서
api로 Conversation을 만들고 Post Mesage(https://docs.smooch.io/rest/#operation/postMessage)로 메시지를 발송했을때
상담사 페이지 우측 메시징 업데이트 영역에 알림이 오지 않던데요.
혹시 해당 영역에서 알림을 받을수 있는 방법이 있나요?
