I'm trying to upload an app to the Zendesk Marketplace. I've fixed all other errors (image size, etc, manifest file). When I try to upload, I get the following error:
1 error must be addressed before proceeding
Error: Something went wrong when trying to validate your app. Please try again or contact Zendesk Support:
Also, there's a toast message in the upper-right corner that says "Unexpected Token T. resource... not a valid JSON".
Could you help me figure out what is going on? Thanks!

When I run "zcli apps:package" in the command prompt in the root directory of the app, the following error is displayed.
» Error: AxiosError: Request failed with status code 500
Although an error occurred, a zip file was created in the tmp folder,
and when I tried to upload the app using "zendesk developers", the following error was displayed:
» The task failed because of an error: invalid byte sequence in UTF-8
» 1 error must be addressed before proceeding
Error: Something went wrong when trying to validate your app. Please try again or contact Zendesk Support:
I'll also post the manifest file.

アプリのルートディレクトリのコマンドプロンプトで「zcli apps:package」を実行すると、次のエラーが表示されます。
» Error: AxiosError: Request failed with status code 500
エラーは発生しましたが、tmpフォルダ内にzipファイルが作成されましたが、
「zendesk Developers」を使用してアプリをアップロードしようとすると、次のエラーが表示されました。
» The task failed because of an error: invalid byte sequence in UTF-8
» 1 error must be addressed before proceeding

以下の投稿で、「メッセージングに関しては、アクティブな会話のメッセージはAPI経由では利用できません。」と表記されていますが、API経由で会話をリアルタイムで取得する方法はその他にございませんでしょうか?

Hello. Is it possible to change the size of the Zendesk widget? It doesn't matter if it's the old version or the new one.
