Does the Generative replies for bots feature access any other data other than our knowledge base? Specifically, does it require access to ticket data?

I'm wondering when the Generative AI for Bots and Automations EAP will end and become available as part of the Advanced AI add-on? We cannot participate in the EAP since we need the feature to be covered under our BAA.
