I concur with Eric's request.
The ability to bulk select properties/contacts/companies is a must when sending emails to many receivers.
We send emails monthly to a growing list of currently 722 contacts. To avoid spam filters, we want to limit how many mails we send in a day and therefore stick with the 300 mails/day that Sell allows for now.
This means I have to click a total of 722 times just to select our receivers. This can be done much easier by adding the feature of selecting many contacts simultaneously when holding the shift-button down.

I fully agree with Tone.
How the two are not actually sharing the same list of contacts is beyond me. We have been using Support for longer time than we have been using Sell but since many of our users are also our customers I want to make sure that the these contacts exists in both Support and Sell. If the two platforms cannot share the same contact list from the start, then it should at least be possible to import by the click of a button for anyone who need that.
I hope to see this feature sooner rather than later as it would help us a lot!

I have the exact same issue. Highly frustrating for something that is as frequently used as this and could be a real low hanging fruit to fix
We need the ability to duplicate entire sequences and email templates

Do I understand this correctly: In order to connect contacts with new bulk imported companies I need to manually add all the company IDs to my import list? If so, how do you go about this when you have a list of >1,500 contacts?

Hi Remco, Thanks for your reply. Bots and automation features aren't my main focus as of now - it's more some of the basic CRM features that I have been used to from Hubspot.
You mention 'bringing the Sell technology into our Zendesk Suite infrastructure'. I've seen some places where Sell was mentioned as 'legacy' - was Sell not initially built along with the rest of the ZD Suite? Just trying to understand where Sell is positioned to you as it to us is the key Zendesk solution that we utilise.
Also, I would consider aligning with your CS so they don't make more customers unnecessarily worried - in case you are in fact actively developing on Sell.

I was told by your CS that the product team have ceased to further develop on ZD Sell. Why is this and will the development on Sell be picked up again in the future?
