Hello community, 

 

I wonder if anyone has come across this before

 

An agent made a call over the weekend (Talk) and when they merged the ticket into another, the following entry was made onto the patient ticket and now I'm unable to locate the actual call recording anywhere, no entry in the audit logs, not showing in deleted messages

 

Has this ever happened to anyone else and did you manage to retrieve the recording, If so how?

댓글How to solve issues with the email channel

Hey team, 

We have several alias email addresses that we are pulling into ZD and I'm trying to create the trigger that can move them into the correct view, example 

Support.fr@ needs to be visible in the France Ticket view 

When I'm building the trigger I'm unable to select the above email, is there a way around this?
