We are evaluating ZenDesk and are having trouble. We support external customers and need to group them by their company. Which sounds like “organizations”.
If John Doe, from Doe Construction, a new user of my product, reaches out, I want my agent to be able to add a "Customer", create the organization, and save it, all with one screen.
Currently, it seems that the agent has to create the ticket, then an admin user has to create the Organization, and my agent then has to go back and edit the Customer to add the Organization.
That seems very cumbersome and will not happen in real life. How do we make this work effienciently?

PS: I need Organization to be required, but I see from previous replies that isn't possible.
