I completely agree with Rossel. It's very confusing for both the agent and the end user. If the time cannot display the time zone of the recipient, then it should be removed completely.

Thank you for adding this. I wish that this would become a feature Zendesk could incorporate. Manually updating a new sitemap is time consuming...

Being able to see what the end-user is typing does allow the agent to get a quicker idea of what questions/answers they are trying to convey. It speeds up the chat quite a bit.

What about floating the text around images? I've tried using css float function but it's not working. When in the source code I also noticed that it forces the image inside a paragraph tag. Why?
