    In Explore, can I create Chats custom reports using this metrics an fields chat , or can I create only with tickets field?

    Would you mind specifying what Chat metrics you want to include in your Explore report? All the available metrics for Chat are listed above in this article, and you can read about ticket specific metrics in the Metrics and Attributes for Zendesk Support.   

    Additionally, if you want to report on tickets that are created from chats, you can use the ticket channel attribute "Chat channel" and report on all tickets created from the Chat integration.
