    Hey, Hiedi.

     

    I'm having some problems with the configuration. I turn on routing, I make a trigger using the tag I created, but when I try to use routing on my instance, I have no success, nor is the tag putting on the ticket. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

    Can you help me?
