Talk - Group Specific voicemail feature request

    We have this same major issue. Any info on this getting resolved? It should not be that hard to add this feature.

    Same here. We have English/Spanish support for two systems and really need to have VM specific to each.

    I really need to have an English VoiceMail and a Spanish VoiceMail.   Can this be done with an additional level IVR menu?

    Our solution was to have two numbers in Zendesk Talk. When our public 800 number's IVR menu determines English/Spanish the options for "software support" go to different numbers with language-specific options in Zendesk Talk.

    How is this not an easy solve? We're having the same issue w/English and Spanish. I don't want to have a Voicemail recording in two languages. You should be able to simply route someone into a Spanish language phone tree

    we would love to have this feature as well! it wuld be very helpful if we could setup multiple voicemail message, not just per group but also available in IVR
