Just a quick FYI to those updating their Salesforce integration as prompted by recent requirement. When I installed the latest integration, it reset a default to allow Zendesk changes upon SF updates. I had this turned off because our system of record is actually a different internal system. The update toggled this back on and created a bit of havoc in my Zendesk system.
In Salesforce, open the Zendesk settings, Under the User and Organization Sync Settings, click the Go To Mappings button. Under General Options, Options, set Enable Updates -> NO.
