Atualizar as tags do Ticket com as tags da Organização.

    Hi Roger Drumond,

    Unfortunately, as you found out, tickets can't be updated from a change made at the Organization level. I would need to know more about your use case to help you design something that works. 

    Is there a reason you're looking to update all tickets in an Organization from Pending to Open and Open to Pending? Can you elaborate on what you're trying to achieve?
