Getting spammed by Zendesk (zen2@zendesk.com)

    Hi all - 

    Our apologizes about this. We were running a test for some maintenance that is scheduled to happen later this year, and these email notifications were an unintended consequence. 

    The engineering team is aware, and it shouldn't happen again. 

    We'll keep you updated here if there's anything further to report.

    This happened to me too: I signed into my email this morning with 26 emails from Zendesk that were old responses to a post. They were all timestamped with May 27th 11:17pm and one on May 28th at 1:06am EST. When I try to open the post to which the emails are referring, I get this:

    They sent out a Service Incident. The emails were sent out during an internal import:
