Add chat assignment record in Chat history
Sometimes, when we using skills routing,there is a situation when the agent can not respond timely or the chat can not be assigned immediately due to network or system reasons.
And we find that the Chat history record of "Chat assigned based on skills identified. XXXX has joined." will only occur when the agent has truly accepted the chat, but we did not know whether this chat has been assigned to the available agent in order to distinguish the system problem or agent problem.
