I need to cleanup a large amount of old tickets which were not closed.
I know I can bulk update them but its going to send a notification to the requester which i dont want to happen. So I decided to change the requester to one of our support agents (or me).
BUT The bulk update doesnt allow me to change the requester, and I dont have the ability to do that through a macro either. The only time I can change the requester is on the indvidual ticket.
Is there any other way I can do this? Solve the ticktes without notifications going out?
