Restricting sandbox between administrators
RespondidaI have a few administrators who have access to ZD Sandbox. I need the ability to restrict the Help Center sandbox environment to just a few people who are working on revamping the HC. No other people should be able to edit the code in there, including the Admin-Owner. Is it possible to restrict access to just the few administrators?
Thanks!

Depending on how many non-admins you have, I think it would be easiest just to adjust the other email addresses to something like:
How many non admins do you have?

You can also just delete or demote the agents who shouldn't have access to the Sandbox. Since the Sandbox is a completely separate instance, this won't have any effect on your Production environment.

@jessie - That also works.
I was thinking of keeping user profiles for tesitng purposes
- Trigger, Automation, Macro testing, etc.

Just to clarify, I'm not working with any agents, just the administrators and the Admin-Owner.
I am revamping our Help Center design, but a couple of the admins and the admin-owner have a tendency to tinker with code, possibly messing up some of our progress. Only a couple of the admins should be working on the HC design, not all admins. So is there a way to restrict which admins have access to the HC sandbox while we redesign it?
None of the agents have access to sandbox, and I can't demote admins.
Thanks!

I believe that Jessie's suggestion is to demote the administrators in the Sandbox as opposed to your live Zendesk. If you cannot demote them in the Sandbox, then they are going to have access to the HC in the Sandbox and will be able to tinker.
If you are on Enterprise you could create a new brand in your Sandbox to make it clear that it is for development.

Ah! Now I understand! Thanks so much! I think that would be very helpful! :)
